BOARDING HOURS & COLLECTION POLICY
Boarding drop-off and collection times are strictly between: 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM
To maintain a calm and structured environment for all pets, clients must WhatsApp before arriving for drop-off or collection.
Please do not arrive at the gate without prior communication.
After-Hours Arrangements
Early or late drop-off/collection may be arranged in advance for an additional fee of R100.
DAYCARE BOOKING POLICY
Daycare is flexible and does not require advance booking.
Clients may notify us on the morning of the day if they would like their dog to attend daycare, subject to availability.
However, arrival without prior WhatsApp communication is not permitted.

HEALTH & SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
To ensure a safe environment for all pets:
All dogs must be fully vaccinated
Dogs must be neutered/spayed
We do not accept aggressive dogs
Health conditions, anxiety, or behavioral concerns must be disclosed
We also kindly request that clients have a backup care option available in the event that we are unable to safely accommodate a pet due to behavioral or health-related concerns.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Full payment is required to confirm all bookings.
All payments are non-refundable, as bookings secure dedicated space for your pet.
Cancellations:
A late cancellation is defined as cancellation made one day before the booking start date.
Cancellations made with sufficient notice may be converted into credit for future bookings (subject to availability)
Credit must be arranged in advance
Late cancellations and no-shows will result in forfeiture of payment
We always aim to be fair while protecting the time and space reserved for each pet.
